The Deputy RDC for Entebbe Sub-District, Kirigwa Hakim has appealed to the Officials of NWSC to serve people effectively due to the expected high demand in this season.
This was in today’s morning discussion with the National Water and Sewerage Cooperation (NWSC) team led by Ms. Bashemera Gloria, who oversees the Entebbe Sub-District at his office.
“Since families are supposed to live together while celebrating Christmas, ensuring our people have access to clean water during this festive season is crucial”. Says DRDC Kirigwa
They also discussed ways to prevent water metres from being stolen because this is a major problem in some parts of Entebbe. As water coverage has increased since 1986, the NRM administration will continue to ensure that a safe and clean water supply reaches every community in our country.
