Bulambuli District officials gathered to honor Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Mr. Stanley Bayole for his dedicated service as he transitions to his new role as Resident City Commissioner (RCC) of Fort Portal City.
The event was a heartfelt tribute to Mr. Bayole’s contributions, with local leaders, government officials, and community members expressing their gratitude and extending their best wishes.

Among the notable attendees were CAO Olabolo Emmy, Sironko Chief Magistrate HW Annet Namakati, UWA Chief Warden Amanya Mugisha, District Speaker Malasha, District Elections Officer Dr. Paul Onyango, Sironko RDC Balwanirewa Denis, and incoming RDC Mrs. Mpalanyi Faheera Bosa. Additionally, heads of departments from Bulambuli District Local Government, assistant RDCs, district councillors, and DISO Bulambuli Muzigi Paul joined the event, a testament to Mr. Bayole’s valued relationships across various government sectors.
Each leader shared messages of appreciation, recognizing Mr. Bayole’s role in enhancing governance, development, and security in Bulambuli:
CAO Olabolo Emmy remarked on Mr. Bayole’s collaborative spirit, highlighting, ” His dedication to teamwork has been instrumental in advancing our district initiatives. He has truly been a unifier and motivator .”

Chief Magistrate HW Annet Namakati commended his commitment to justice: ” Mr. Bayole’s integrity and sense of fairness have greatly strengthened the governance in Bulambuli. His balanced approach to leadership has been invaluable .”
UWA Chief Warden Amanya Mugisha praised his conservation efforts, saying, ” He has been a reliable ally in promoting our natural heritage and tourism. Mr. Bayole’s support has meant a lot to UWA and the community .”
District Speaker Malasha acknowledged his dedication to the people, noting, ” He’s been a leader who cares deeply about the welfare of our residents. His contributions have left a lasting impact on the district .”
District Elections Officer Dr. Paul Onyango appreciated his commitment to transparency: ” Mr. Bayole’s guidance has ensured our democratic processes remain fair and credible, instilling public confidence .”

In his closing remarks, Mr. Bayole, who is also the father of Inhe Bantu Jovia Mutesi, thanked the appointing authority for the opportunity to serve, stating, ” I am deeply grateful to the appointing authority for entrusting me with this responsibility. It has been a privilege to serve Bulambuli, and I am honored to continue my service to the nation in Fort Portal City .” He also expressed his appreciation to the leaders and community members, adding, ” The friendships and partnerships we have formed have driven our progress, and I am confident that Bulambuli will continue on a path of growth and unity .”
