The Minister for Presidency, Hon. Babirye Milly Babalanda, informs the general public that H.E. Rtd. Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the president of the Republic of Uganda and the commander in chief, has granted an official burial to the late Director General of the Internal Security Organisation (ISO), Brig. Gen. Charles Oluka.
